On November 24, in next to “Rossia” Film Center a unique charitable action “Toy” will take place.

This action is one of the simple ways to help most unprotected living things – HIV-infected children.

 During the action any citizen of Kharkov will be able to change toys to connection to cable television and subscription to newspapers. You can bring any toy. All of them will be handed to specialized home for HIV-infected children.

Our foundation is among the participants of the action. We think yjat one of the main aims of it is not only to help HIV-infected children but also to draw attention of simple people and mass media to this important problem.

During the action we will show video films of the FirstOpen City Competition “Mass Media against AIDS” and Flash films of the 2^nd Internationa Poster and Computer Animaytion Competition “AntiAIDS-Ukraine” conducted by Chervona Strichka in 2005-2007.  Although the film about HIV-infected children – the winner in the nomination “Television” at the Competition “Mass Media against AIDS” – was made two years ago, as we see this problem remains actual now and will remain actual for many years.
