My father is a medical doctor and he always worked with prevention. I grew up with the idea that health is a social problem, but not a personal problem. If you don't have education, if you don’t talk to people, if you don't concern about the problem as a whole you won't have health at all.
We have to change a little bit the way we see the world and look health as a collective problem.
And I think this is a good initiative of putting together designers and having an the organization worrying with that but not leaving the problem only to the government. We should reproduce it everywhere if we could. I really congratulate your work here and I thank you very much for having the opportunity for the designers and for me to take party in it. Thank you

I think it is very important for us to keep in mind for ourselves of the AIDS epidemic. I work with students all of the time. I am so concerned that young people sometimes forget about safe sex and so on. I see statistics that indicates that students of the age of the students of my class-room are not nearly as concerned as they should be. I think it is very important for our exhibition and things like this to keep AIDS out in front of everyone.
Keep up this good work. Thank you very much.

Solidarity for me has been and is one of the main topics as well as prevention.
Posters and exhibitions like this must not stay in one point, in one gallery but must go further. They must be taken into many other places. And please keep this competition happening and tell us and we shall send works to you to help you fight AIDS. Thank you

It is very touching to see what the small country and the smaller place Kharkiv could do to the world. The AIDS problem is as important as Chernobyl. We have come to know about Chernobyl. But AIDS… Silently people die.
Doctors prescribe medicine. But as a communicator we reach through communication materials. And that is the first step that we can do to the world to be aware of it and take precaution of it before we go to the doctor. So the designer has a role to play. And you did it extremely well all these years and I am sure you'll continue to do it.
And also a request to organizer. If it could be passed on, sent across to the world especially in my country where also AIDS patients are unnumbered. And it will do a great job. If good plant has been planted, I think it should be shown to the world. And I wish some work could be done, some way could be found how it could reach Asian countries especially India, Pakistan, Bangladesh. I will be in touch with you and I will see that your effort is not only bounded within Kharkiv. It should go much more. My heartiest congratulations, my heartiest thanks to the people giving me this opportunity to see this good work. Thank you very much
